The Talent team is looking to onboard a Recruiting Coordinator who will primarily focus on supporting our campus recruitment efforts. We believe university and early career hiring helps our company look at solutions in alternative ways, integrate fresh perspectives, and innovate. This is an exciting opportunity to support our campus recruitment function and help facilitate the steps that go into intern and new graduate hiring across multiple functions in technology and trading. The primary accountabilities for this position are to provide support to the talent team with candidate communication, interview scheduling, interview metrics, and recruiting-related projects. This individual will enjoy keeping the team rowing in the right direction and will be a culture ambassador for the business while providing an excellent candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working in a fast-paced environment along with remarkable organizational, and project-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
What you'll do
- Support all recruitment administrative functions within the Applicant Tracking System
- Audit ATS daily to ensure pipelines are accurate and up-to-date
- Manage heavy campus recruitment interview scheduling across all business units
- Support Campus Recruiter (and Talent team) with ad hoc projects and day-of interview support
- Post and refresh positions on campus job boards and other external sites
- Manage candidate Travel platform and correspondence for in-office interview dates
- Track and enter candidate data and deliver projects based on pipeline metrics
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ year(s)corporate experiencein an administrative support or recruiting role
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and overall task prioritization
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, specifically Outlook and SharePoint
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Desire to expand current recruiting skill set
- Must have outstanding communication skills (oral and written)
