Job Description

If you're currently an administrator or coordinator, with experience of handling complaints as well, and you're looking for a new challenge in a growing business, then our Safety, Quality and Clinical Coordinator role could be perfect for you.

As part of our Safety, Quality and Clinical team, you'll provide high level administrative support - working collaboratively to provide support across departments with administrative tasks, projects, events and activities.

Qualifications

We welcome your application if you have the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience in an administration or coordination role, and of handling complaints
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and confident managing difficult conversations.
• Able to engage effectively and confidently with patients, patient representatives, colleagues, clinicians and external bodies when required.
• A can-do, enabling attitude and comfort with flexibility.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload to maximise results and use of resources.
• Strong attention to detail, focused on the delivery of first-class service

We offer a hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home, and our support office in Cheltenham.  Alternatively, you can work fully remotely - with very occasional travel to attend meetings.
