Kaseya is looking for a smart, highly skilled and creative Senior Content and Social Media Specialist with experience in B2B social media to add to its global marketing communications team.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of communication strategies, leveraging your creativity and analytical skills to build and strengthen connections between brands and their audiences. Seamlessly blending content creation with community management, you'll cultivate vibrant online communities and transform casual followers into devoted brand advocates.

As an Senior Content and Social Media Specialist, you will: 

• Develop content calendars for assigned business lines. Copywrite & design, schedule, publish, and analyze social posts.
• Create weekly/monthly social media reports as directed and optimize content across Kaseya’s social media platforms based on performance metrics.
• Manage recruitment marketing strategies, collaborate with recruitment stakeholders, develop branding guidelines as it pertains to recruitment in the social media space.
• Create social media posts that generate employee engagement on various platforms.
• Communicate upcoming social media launches and major moments for internal awareness and look for ways to create consistency across all of Kaseya’s social channels.
• Oversee community interactions on public-facing social media communities: monitor conversations, respond to reviews and comments, generate conversation.
• Help manage community and University/College events.
• Assist with in-house recruitment events (Some may be outside of normal working hours).
• Assist with other various company activities and social media initiatives, as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Must have corporate social media experience, ideally with a well-known brand.
• BA/BS Degree in Journalism, Communications or Marketing or related degree.
• Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.
• B2B public relations and social media experience related to technology products, IT, software or related industry strongly preferred.
• Experience with Meltwater, Sprout Social, and Canva software a plus.
