Accounts Payable Analyst

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
 
You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient payment processing, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and contributing to the financial stability and growth of our organization.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review invoices for accuracy and ensures vendor invoices contain proper approvals/goods receipt, supporting documentation, and coded with appropriate general ledger account number.
• Review and address purchase order and receiver discrepancies.
• Corresponds or communicates with vendors when necessary to correct or modify invoices received.
• Code payable invoices with correct general ledger and department/entity codes to ensure proper entry into NetSuite.
• Enters payable invoices accurately into NetSuite within pre-defined deadlines.
• May assist with the checks/ACH/wire’s payments process to ensure vendor invoices are paid promptly and within negotiated payment terms.
• Reconciles monthly vendor statements for missing or outstanding invoices and resolves discrepancies.
• Provides ad hoc support on special projects or tasks as needed and requested.
   
  WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in accounting preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable.
• Ability to work and interact with various departments throughout the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Previous experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task.
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Detail Oriented.
• Meet month end deadlines and SLAs.
