The Customer Service Representative team plays an essential and value-adding role by acting as the heart of our operations. Join a team where supporting each other is part of the culture, in a company where customer success is our own.
What will you do?
· Communicate daily with customers, internal departments, and affiliates so customer expectations are met.
· Handle all orders efficiently and expeditiously.
· Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production and Sales so that all internal departments are aligned and well informed.
· Ensure our service is compliant with commercial agreements.
· Keep the information in our software up to date; we work with JD Edwards.
· Follow all process standards & regulations such as: SOX and BSI.
· Support and work together with the other EMEA Customer Service Teams to reach company goals.
What are we looking for?
· Experience: At least 1 year experience in a similar role in a team environment.
· IT knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Languages: English professional level spoken and written is a must.
· Based in reasonable commuting distance to Trafford Park, Manchester.
Soft skills:
· Customer oriented with good prioritization skills.
· Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
· Ability to work at all levels within the business.
· Good organizational skills with the ability to work to tight timescales.
· Results focused and the ability to take ownership of tasks
