As a Sales Engineer at deepset, you will become part of our first UK team, contributing to the growth of a new region. You’ll help us shape our GTM strategy. You’ll directly deliver value to customers, by collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams through pre-sales activities, aiming to transform customers’ data and satisfy their information needs.

Your impact
Own the pre-sales cycle, taking responsibility for the technical aspects of the deals, and working closely in collaboration and alignment with the Enterprise Account Executives & other members of our GTM team.
Produce technical proposals, perform demos, POCs and create reusable assets to facilitate pre-sales processes with a view towards securing the “technical win” in key accounts.
Become an expert in Haystack and deepset Cloud.
Understand and communicate customer requirements internally that will shape our product roadmap.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and marketing events on demand and frequently in person.
Collaborate on the GTM strategy, document processes to ensure scalability as we expand our technical sales team.
Your profile
University degree in Computer Science or comparable qualifications.
A goal-oriented problem solver, with 5+ years of the overall experience, preferably in enterprise sales, and working with Mid-market and Fortune 1000 Enterprise companies.
Passion and competence in AI, ML, NLP & related fields.
Previous experience winning as a team in early stage organisations.
Available for travels (50%+).
