YOUR OPPORTUNITY
InMoment is looking for a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our Account Development team as an Account Development Representative. You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Follow-up in a timely manner on leads that come into the system via webinars, events and other marketing efforts
Help source new leads and contacts via Salesforce, Linkedin, and Zoominfo
Utilize phone and email to follow-up, nurture and qualify leads
Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
Follow the established pre-sales process and consistently use Salesforce.com to document prospect interaction, ensuring efficient lead management
Collaborate with other InMoment teams, providing constructive feedback on customer needs to ensure competitiveness and provide a clear vision for success

Technology driven with savvy technical skills
Proficient with Google Suite (gmail, sheets, slides, forms etc)
Quickly develop company-specific expertise and remain abreast of market changes, customer trends, and competitors’ best practices
Inspirational team player, colleague, and culture champion within InMoment
Collaborative facilitator who develops relationships and loyalty with his/her colleagues at all levels of the company
This is an entry to a mid-level account development position. Ideal candidates are hungry to get their start in technology sales or are looking for the opportunity to learn account development within a complex environment
Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly
Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment as a team player
Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills
Tech savvy, this is a tech company after all! Bonus Points:
Previous experience with Lead qualification/ Sales Development within a SaaS company.
Previous Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo.
