The purpose of the role is to provide high quality reporting and analysis for the Twinings Supply Chain (TSC) business units, to underpin the budgeting and forecasting cycles, to gain a clear understanding of business performance, to provide clear and unambiguous financial analysis, and to facilitate business decision making. To maintain a robust control environment for TSC. Measurement of cost centre reporting, understanding and challenging key variances versus budget/forecast and year on year, supported by functional cost centre owners.
Please note this is 12 months fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
Ownership of the input of rates into SAP (materials, packaging), standard costs and transfer prices during budgeting process.
Run and continuously improve budgeting and financial forecasting processes, specifically indicative costs and allocation of central and manufacturing costs to products.
Ownership of the Group reporting tool.
Ownership of monthly performance reporting to Group Finance and Twinings Supply Chain Leadership.
Manage processes for product costings (Costing Tool) and Suppliers SAP master data changes.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial and business performance reporting and analysis in a timely manner in line with the FP&A requirements.
Support robust control environment including SOX, FCF, ABC, Turnbull and other.
Business Partner directly with the business stakeholders, TSC Finance team, Inter Company. Business Units.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
At least 3 years of experience in FMCG/manufacturing businesses essential
Strong SAP experience, including product costing essential
Experience in financial planning and analysis area
Working knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, controlling and finance operations
Strong attention to detail
