Position Description:

As a ServiceNow Sales Consultant at NTT DATA Business Solutions AG, your primary objective is to drive the promotion, adoption, and purchase of NDBS ServiceNow offerings within enterprise organizations in the UK market. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and engaging with key decision-makers to drive sales growth.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage with prospective accounts to pitch and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage and expand current relationships with ServiceNow to optimize collaboration and leverage leads and prospect clients effectively.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' businesses and formulate strategies to increase the adoption and utilization of ServiceNow solutions within each organization.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across targeted businesses.
  • Articulate the unique value proposition of ServiceNow offerings, demonstrating how they can enhance clients' business operations and build lasting relationships based on trust and credibility.
  • Utilize CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to meticulously track prospects, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date diary system to manage appointments and activities efficiently.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and follow-up on sales opportunities within specified timelines.
  • Participate in marketing events (seminars, exhibitions, user meetings) to engage with prospects and support sales efforts.
  • Attend and actively contribute to sales meetings to share insights and strategies.
  • Engage with clients to ensure contract renewals and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare high-quality sales quotations and proposals adhering to company standards and procedures.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in ServiceNow sales, specifically targeting enterprise-level organizations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach to sales.
  • Commercially astute with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to succeed as a top-performing salesperson.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding and demonstrated aptitude for ServiceNow solutions and technologies.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.


Education, Training, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the ServiceNow product portfolio and offerings.
  • Proven experience working in a sales environment with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel across the UK to meet clients face-to-face and attend business engagements.


Other Duties:

  • Expectation to collaborate closely with ServiceNow and travel extensively across the UK to engage with prospective clients.
  • Flexible working arrangements, with travel across the UK being a core component of the role.
