Convert enquiries into deals aiming to exceed individual targets by working across inbound, account management, referral and direct channels
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide accurate forecasting and real-time reporting
Attempt to contact all enquiries promptly, striving to find alternative contact details when necessary
Ensure contact with a new enquiry occurs within 5 minute SLA
Successfully manage a large pipeline of opportunities with diligence and care, ensuring accurate contact levels and management of call backs
Build rapport with existing clientele and prospects to encourage repeat business and lasting relationships
Aim to overachieve against target and KPI expectations as set by the company
Complete feedback and update reports from office providers in a quick and timely manner
Ensure a good level of product knowledge of the flexible office sector
Attend viewings with clients
Work in collaboration with team members as well as individually
Attend set provider-led after-work events and participate in networking opportunities representing Flexioffices in a professional manner and act as ambassadors for the company at all times
Requirements
Input to success through customer service delivery and system management
Keen level of organisation and maintaining a daily schedule
Lead negotiations and a consultative service delivery
Ensuring detailed information is input into Salesforce/ CRM
Building relationships within the flexible office sector
Ownership of the whole sales process from lead > deal > aftercare
Ensure pipeline and daily tasks are managed effectively
Confirm viewings, make pre and post tour calls to both client and provider
Achieve and exceed KPI's:
Detail orientated qualification and build rapport, encouraging long standing relationships
Opportunity to completed viewing
Completed viewing to deal
Price comparison and advisory support after viewing stage
Allocate time to outbound efforts using our existing database, Linkedin, and/or any tools provided
