We are looking for someone to take on all our early careers hiring. Working with our Talent development team you will take ownership of our early careers hiring, identifying, speaking and hiring people to fulfil roles across out technical, finance and other areas of our business. You must evidence experience of managing the 360-recruitment process for an inquisitive, acquisition led organisation. Comfortable working in a diverse and often fast paced environment whilst acting as a trusted adviser to your stakeholders. You must evidence advanced sourcing ability along with providing a consultative approach to the business, advising on process, strong candidate management skills with solid system management knowledge (ATS, Excel, MS Office). While the post holder will be responsible for a specific geography/business they will be expected to support colleagues responsible for other geographies/businesses, including supporting large scale resourcing initiatives.
