Job Descrption

As a Compliance Administrator at AVK, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the compliance team by performing various administrative tasks, such as managing the documentation and improving management system. Other daily tasks you may perform include producing and assisting in the management and distribution of paperwork and communications, creating databases, managing appointments and scheduling meetings for members of the compliance team.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

·         Assist with reviewing and updating policies and procedures in maintaining ISO or relevant standards.

·         Assist in maintaining certificates and accreditations in the annual renewal process.

·         Organise and minute relevant meetings.

·         Maintain Index and document register.

·         Maintain customer feedback register / follow up on actions.

·         Support in maintaining Business Risks and Opportunities Register.

·         Support in assisting with Internal Audits.

·         Compliance and H&S Induction to new starters.

·         Provide with general support in quality, health and safety and environmental compliance.

·         Maintain COSHH library. 

·         Assist with presentation documents and ad-hoc tasks, and occasionally visit our construction sites to assist with audits.

·         Ensuring compliance with all processes and always maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have proven experience as an administrator
  • Ensure compliance and internal standards are maintained
  • Respond to all emails in a timely manner
