Job Description

The Revenue Project Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and project management within regional commercial team. This role is dedicated to spearheading projects aimed at improving customer experience with our strategic partners - which includes projects to improve assortment quality and availability for our strategic partners. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Revenue Project Specialist ensures successful project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.

What's on your plate?

• Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, including initiatives such as key account customer experience improvement. This may involve enhancing assortment quality and availability, managing assortment and price parity with key accounts in key markets, and standardizing categories. Additionally, oversee projects related to managing tier 1 campaigns and ensuring that content and images for key accounts are up to date.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline revenue operations processes related to key account management and customer experience enhancement. Implement best practices and standards to optimize assortment management, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between internal teams, key accounts, and strategic partners to gather feedback, address concerns and improve collaboration. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and support project objectives.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project performance metrics, KPIs, and milestones related to key account projects. Generate regular reports and insights to track progress, measure impact, and communicate project outcomes to stakeholders.
