You will be based in the Regional NFV (non food vertical) team driving improvements in current NCR operations. This role involves creating and implementing processes for NCR and Adtech feature rollouts across the region.
What's on your plate?
Work with local teams (Account Managers), to understand issues being faced from NCR and help the teams understand the working of NCR
Optimize revenue generation from NCR products through process improvements and resolving issues
Responsible for collating and resolving bugs that country teams are facing, while upholding SLAs defined
Working with key stakeholders: local teams, Talabat adtech product/tech team, DH adtech/product team and POPS team
The role will also include supporting local team with selling NCR to vendors with sales pitch deck
This will also include taking suggestions from local teams to improve the product and add features
Collaborate with different teams across the organization, communicate with stakeholders, analyze data, and make recommendations for process improvements to optimize revenue generation from NCR products
Responsible for addressing a range of common problems and complex issues related to revenue generation from NCR products
Directly impact the business by driving revenue growth from NCR products.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing processes, the role will help to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue operations
What did we order?
Experience in revenue operations, process improvement, and/or adtech
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting, and have experience working with spreadsheets
Should have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills
This role requires very good interpersonal and communication skills because it deals with multiple stakeholders: Local team Account Managers & Team Leads
