Job Description

What’s On Your Plate?

• Develop and implement strategies to improve talabat delivery-hero (hero) value proposition for UAE to attract & retain the best compliant heroes on the talabat platform

• Analyze hero quality metrics and hero net promoter score to identify areas for improvement and optimize hero acquisition and onboarding experience

• Design learning courses, training programs, and workshops for heroes to successfully deliver world class experiences to vendors and customers

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Public Affairs, Safety, Legal, and product teams to design and implement campaigns and initiatives aimed at enhancing hero engagement and satisfaction

• Implement strategies to limit hero churn and improve hero retention, ensuring a sustainable and stable hero base

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge

• Apply data analytics and reporting tools to track and measure the effectiveness of hero growth initiatives, providing concrete insights to optimize results

What Did We Order?

• A minimum of 5 years of experience preferably in management consulting, operations management, investment banking, human resource leadership and / or start-ups

• Possess functional expertise in community engagement, acquisition, or related areas, coupled with a strategic approach to drive impactful initiatives

• Unwavering grit, resiliently tackling daily challenges, driven to deliver exceptional service to our Customers, Vendors, and Delivery-Heroes amidst ever-changing landscapes.

• Demonstrated strong execution excellence with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment

• Experience talking to customers, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to establish trust with internal/external partners

• Exceptional project management skills. You have a proven ability to lead initiatives at your organization across multiple teams

• A data-driven approach and the ability to translate data into concrete insights through sound business judgment

• Excellent organizational skills and a self-starter approach

• Masters in Business is a plus
