What’s On Your Plate?
Develop and implement strategies to improve talabat delivery-hero (hero) value proposition for UAE to attract & retain the best compliant heroes on the talabat platform
Analyze hero quality metrics and hero net promoter score to identify areas for improvement and optimize hero acquisition and onboarding experience
Design learning courses, training programs, and workshops for heroes to successfully deliver world class experiences to vendors and customers
Collaborate cross-functionally with Public Affairs, Safety, Legal, and product teams to design and implement campaigns and initiatives aimed at enhancing hero engagement and satisfaction
Implement strategies to limit hero churn and improve hero retention, ensuring a sustainable and stable hero base
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Apply data analytics and reporting tools to track and measure the effectiveness of hero growth initiatives, providing concrete insights to optimize results
What Did We Order?
A minimum of 5 years of experience preferably in management consulting, operations management, investment banking, human resource leadership and / or start-ups
Possess functional expertise in community engagement, acquisition, or related areas, coupled with a strategic approach to drive impactful initiatives

Demonstrated strong execution excellence with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
