Role Summary:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our recruitment team to attract and acquire top talent for various roles within the organization across 8 countries in the MENA region. You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the full recruitment life cycle, and ensure the timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
Whats on your plate:
Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team effectiveness and achievement of recruitment goals.
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for a diverse range of roles.
Plan and participate in strategic planning meetings with key business partners to understand current and upcoming requirements in order to build a plan on how to effectively recruit for positions within your area of responsibility.
Implement and optimize recruitment metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication, feedback, and support to candidates.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition marketing campaigns to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Plan and gather information for quarterly review meetings with key stakeholders that will provide an overview of recruiting achievements as well as opportunities to improve hiring performance moving forward.
Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards, documenting key actions and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes.
Support additional recruitment initiatives as needed.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in talent acquisition ideally within a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs across the MENA region.
Track record for managing a team for a minimum of 3 years, delivering high impact customer experiences and implementing new solutions to support their business area.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in recruitment metrics and data analysis.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday and Smart Recruiters.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Demonstrated ability to drive holistic recruitment strategy (i.e. employer branding, social recruiting, etc.)
