Financial Analyst (Public Trust Required)- Hybrid at Latitude

Job Descrption
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of financial experience, with at least 1 year of experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) or Federal Government.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
- Assist in the development of financial plans and budgets
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast
- Provide financial guidance and support to various departments
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for external stakeholders
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
