Job Title: Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist Overview: As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will assist in the recruitment and selection process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates to support the organization's talent needs. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.Engage with candidates through outreach emails, calls, and messages to introduce job opportunities and assess their interest, qualifications, and fit.Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.Candidate Screening and Assessment:Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience against job requirements.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability, motivation, and cultural fit.Coordinate and administer assessments or tests to evaluate candidate competencies and potential for success in specific roles.Interview Coordination and Support:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Prepare interview materials, including interview questions, candidate profiles, and feedback forms.Collect and track candidate feedback and interview outcomes to support decision-making and process improvement.Talent Pipeline Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.Track candidate interactions, application statuses, and recruitment metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to nurture and engage with passive candidates.Employer Branding and Outreach:Assist in promoting the organization's employer brand through social media, employer branding initiatives, and networking events.Contribute ideas and content for recruitment marketing materials, job postings, and other communications to attract top talent.Participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences to expand the organization's talent network. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.Previous experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or related roles is advantageous.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software.Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and environments.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
