Are you ready to be at the heart of our company's global operations? You will be a proven Operations Director who can assess and create fast paced processes and operational plans and then put them into action. 

A collaborative key team player who not only understands the big picture, but can keep a keen and experienced eye on the intricate details of the operational day to day. You know and can evidence how end to end operational or process improvements can matter to the speed and outcomes of a company, team or individual. You're obsessed with the 1% and marginal gains, you ask smart questions, holding multiple conflicting ideas and evidence at once, and using data driven assessment and experimentation to deliver best operational practice. An always on, relentless puzzle-solver, who supports making the impossible possible, through systems and processes for our teams and our company.

Requirements

The Outcomes:

  • Operational Excellence: Understand, implement and streamline processes, systems and technologies that optimise productivity, capacity quality and results end to end
  • Challenge The Status Quo: Support in assessing and integrating the latest technology and systems for the company that will fast track our goals and vision. 
  • Continuous Improvements: Continuously support work through experimentation and data that improves operational workflows to increase productivity and streamline processes.
  • Cross-Departmental Cohesion: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, production, finance and product, to support aligning operational and team objectives with overall company goals.
  • Data Informed Decisioning: Data, experimentation and marginal gains is your love language when it comes to sharing results and optimisations with senior leadership and team heads.

The Competencies: 

  • Experience: Evidence you're great at what you do, ideally in a similar industry or role. 
  • Compelling Communicator: Confident, natural ability to work with different people and get the best operational practices out of all departments at all levels
  • Implementation and action: Evidence that you have a bias to action, have clear existing organisational frameworks and can prioritise multiple tasks 
  • Financial and Data Driven: Strong financial planning and analytical skills, with the ability to make evidence based decisions even when there may be conflicting ideas and outcomes.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Able to show flexibility and resilience to the rapidly changing needs of the company and its teams 
  • Deadline Killer: You know what it takes to exceed expectations to navigate, and hit every deadline across multiple competing projects and still deliver exceptional results
