Do you want to make a real and positive difference to the lives of older people? We are looking for people that have the right values, attitude, and behaviours to join our team and we are currently recruiting for a Residential Casual Care Assistant.
This is a casual position and you will be required to cover for existing staff sickness and holidays.
Within this role you will be able to work up to 37 hours per week. Shift Patterns include - 08:00 - 15:30, 15:30 - 22:00 and nights including 22:00 - 08:00.
Our committed team provides care to more than 1,000 adults across Lancashire. It runs 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres where the team provides support for older people, adults living with dementia and their families. We have recently been awarded the national Customer Service Excellence Standard and received special recognition for our hard work.
We offer all the training and support you need to reach your full potential. We will begin by supporting you through your induction. The Care Certificate will form part of your comprehensive induction programme. We will also pay for your training and offer opportunities to progress!
