| Salary £11.79  per hour (plus enhancements) | Casual hours | Short Breaks Adults Disability Service, Fleetwood |  

 

International Sponsorship – this role is not  open to international sponsorship 

 

Night time - Wake and Watch post 9.30pm-7.30am when shifts available

The Short Breaks Adults Disability Service offers respite short and long term stays in Fleetwood.

This is a casual wake and watch post to provide overnight support for individuals who have learning disabilities and complex behavioural needs.

We're looking for people who will bring compassion, empathy and a sense of purpose into the lives of others.

  • You could help people to learn new skills, provide assistance to someone who is older or has a disability or needs support with aspects of their care.
  • Cleaning and domestic Duties
  • Checking who requires support during evening 
  • You'll have plenty of opportunity to progress with training and gaining qualifications whilst you work.

Successful candidates will be accepted to work days initially alongside experienced colleagues , available to undertake training, supervisions and team meetings during day time hours.
