Occupational Therapist
Due to service expansion, an opportunity for a permanent position has arisen to join and be part of the County Enablement Service which delivers enablement to adults in receipt of social care in Lancashire to learn new skills and live more independent lives. This service is part of the County Council's Adult Disability Service.
You will provide an outcome-focused assessment service and be responsible for the design and implementation of support plans to develop independence in adults referred to the service. You will be part of the enablement team contribute to the development of the service and work collaboratively with other professionals and key stakeholders. You will provide a professional occupational therapy and enablement service including statutory social care responsibilities.
