We are currently recruiting for our Supported Living Service…
We are looking for Caring and reliable Support Workers to work within the Fylde Domiciliary Service in Adult Social Care at Lancashire County Council.
We have various permanent contracts available for 30 hrs per week,
Salary:- The starting salary is £23,144, this is pro rata depending on your contracted hours per week. Your salary will increase each year for the next 3 years.
Enhancements:- You will receive a 33% increment for all hours worked at weekends, a 50% increment for hours worked on bank holidays and a £40.76 sleep-in allowance.
Hourly rates:- £11.79 for all hours worked Mon to Fri, £15.72 for all hours worked at the weekend and £17.68 for all hours worked on a bank holiday.
We are looking for cheerful and positive individuals who would like to come and join our team and make a difference to the people we support, our Supported Living Service requires multiple Support Workers to join us in making a substantial difference to the lives of the people we support within our Adult Disability Service.
You will be welcomed into people's homes and make their day-to-day routine something to look forward to with your upbeat attitude and friendly persona. It is not essential that you have a background in Health and Social Care, you just need to have a good heart and a caring nature. We provide all the required training to ensure you get the most from your role, with qualifications on offer it's a great opportunity to progress in this service and turn it into a career to be proud of!
We have various hours on offer which will include sleep-ins & weekend work, we currently have various contracted posts from 25 hrs per week to 30 hours per week.
You may just prefer to work evenings and weekends only, if so, we also have 1 x 20 hour positions available.
