Estates Surveyor (G9)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Lancashire County Council's Estates Team, as it is looking to appoint a number of Estate Surveyors.
The successful candidates will be Chartered Surveyors (MRICS/FRICS) with experience in delivering a commercially effective professional estates and valuation service.

Lancashire County Council Estates Service undertake a wide range of services for the County Council and offer a range of duties that make the roles varied and interesting.
The Service is separated into three teams:
Property Management Team • Undertaking all aspects of estates management for the County Councils large service portfolio (including business parks in Leyland and Lancaster),
Disposals and Acquisitions Team • The sale of surplus land and buildings, and the purchase of sites for Service Delivery.
Transport Team • Working on our transport schemes, involving the acquisition/compulsory purchase of property interests.
The role would include supporting projects such as acquisitions, disposals, compulsory purchase orders, support with major capital and highway Schemes, valuations, Leases, Rating work, as well as support at our commercial business parks.
