Summary of the Position: This position assesses the needs of the company as it relates to cleaning, facility and security duties. Mandatory overtime required as needed to fulfill company needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the building is kept clean, swept, mopped/vacuumed and dusted daily
• Emptying all office and kitchen waste receptacles daily
• Cleaning refrigerators of food and/or containers weekly
• Replenishing paper goods, utensils and cleaning supplies as needed
• Disinfecting all kitchen appliances as necessary
• Operate Floor Scrubber in warehouse daily
• Ensure that the warehouse and office floors are kept clean and swept as needed
• Empty all warehouse waste receptacles as needed
• Coordinating the ordering of supplies and materials
  • Maintaining required logbooks in accordance with NMX guidelines and SOP's
• Perform other assigned duties as may be required in meeting company objectives
• Regular attendance is required.
• Communicate effectively with other departments within the organization and function within a team environment.

Minimum Requirements: The Site Cleaner must have a working knowledge of basic hygiene and general housekeeping duties. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all staff levels as needed. Attention to details and some process analytical skills are required. Requires basic computer skills. Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs. Requires general bending, kneeling and climbing. Must wear OSHA and Nutramax required Proper Protection Equipment (PPE) for each task daily. Position involves direct contact with cleaning chemicals and basic chemical handling and storage.

Education and Experience : This position prefers a high school diploma or equivalent and strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude to handle multiple tasks.
