Job Description: The Student Office Assistant for the Robbins College Dean's Suite is the initial department contact for students, staff, guests, and visitors. Office Assistants are responsible for providing essential office support by scheduling meetings; managing resources and reservations; copying and filing; and processing mail and packages. The Student Office Assistant assists departmental staff with special projects and tasks.
• Provide general office assistance and support
• Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information
• Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information
• Assist with various projects, activities or tasks as needed
• Ability to comply with University policies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
