What you'll do
As an Assistant Commercial Manager you will support the commercial growth and operational performance of our business-to-business (B2B) remit. This will include leading our key supplier and client base to deliver excellence. You’ll be part of a team that has a bold plan to transform our B2B customer experience and has ambitious financial targets.
Owning and managing the day-to-day relationships with key stakeholders including our top-tier corporate clients, third party suppliers and internal partners.
Focus on driving sales via horizon scanning for new trends and opportunities in the market, regular contact and growth conversations with existing corporate clients, and performing outreach to potential new clients and partners.
Management of escalations by our outsourced partner to ensure a 'best in class' experience for our corporate clients.
Responsible for delivering accurate financial reconciliation and reporting of sales and redemption data to senior stakeholders.
Analysing sales and redemptions data to monitor customer performance and inform strategy.
Support on the delivery of key projects on our transformation road map.
Support with commercial negotiations and focus on sustainable, profitable partnerships.
Working with legal to formalise new and existing commercial agreements
Continuous improvement of the Corporate Gifts Operating model
Who you are
Strong commercial acumen with proven experience of a £multi-million sales channel
Highly skilled at relationship building and influencing key stakeholders at various levels
Entrepreneurial - identify and influence sales opportunities and act on them
Experience of working in the Gift Card industry ideally within the retail industry
Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
Project Management experience
