Reacting to trends, cuisine and perfecting the products we know our customers love, we work to stay ahead of the competition by driving quality and innovation into every aspect of our work - Be it creating benchmark recipes for transformative new ranges, reacting to challenges in production or showcasing innovative new concepts to drive inspiration for seasonal events and future opportunities, we strive to deliver the best in all we do.

We're at our best when we're close to customers, and for many of us at M&S, that means working in store every day.

To stay close to customers, we expect our support teams to come into the office three days a week.
