What you'll do
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Omnichannel & Online team as an Assistant Marketing Manager. Within this role you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and delivering plans to support new products, propositions and event launches in the gift card space. Creating and translating marketing briefs into successful campaigns, organising objectives with key stakeholders and developing success metrics, through to campaign work-flow, design and delivery.
- Deliver effective through the line marketing campaigns across key channels to meet business trading objectives, including CRM, digital search, in-store POS and social media.
- Build the profile of gift cards internally and act as an ambassador in planning meetings across Foods, Clothing and Home, Dotcom and Masterbrand, ensuring sufficient category exposure and highlighting opportunities for integration and collaboration.
- Work closely with internal planning teams to ensure the required engagement, support, approvals, and scheduling of activities takes place across key channels.
- Own the delivery of our paid media strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute all campaigns and ensure consistent brand messages across all channels. Manage the day-to-day relationship with our creative, digital marketing and media agencies.
- Test new in-store, online and B2B marketing concepts and customer journey improvements and leverage customer insights and analytics to inform future activity.
- Complete weekly reporting, including the ownership of the marketing tracker and plan
- Own and deliver all post implementation reviews, trade reports and budget management using insightful analysis to advise on future campaigns and activity.
Who you are
- Proven experience in marketing within retail.
- Strong product and campaign marketing skill set and experience across both store and digital channels.
- Highly creative and enjoy working in a high energy, faced paced organisation. You have the ability to manage multiple products and campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional stakeholder management experience and agency management.
- Tenacity and resilience; strong planning and organisational skills.
- B2B and B2C marketing experience would be desirable.
