Role       : Relationship Officer - Priority Banking
Location : Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose:

Offer full range of services to Gold & Diamond customers and cross sell ADIB consumer banking products, Investments. Support Relationship Mangers and handle services in their absence.
    
Key Accountabilities of the role   

   
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect new business opportunities within the main  role of servicing customers. 
• Support Relationship Managers.
• Proactively upsell / cross-sell products and services to customers 
• Inform designated customers about their eligibility for special offers / complimentary gifts based on their transactions & invested assets
• Proactively request customers to refer others
• Community Involvement – must be a socially active opinion leader

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

• Bilingual (Arabic & English)
• Working knowledge of investment products & banking operations (further training & certification to be provided)
• Strong communication skills & customer orientation
• Ability to interact with high-end, affluent customers of all nationalities
• High Personal Integrity 
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computation
• Referral Specialist
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Words & Excel
