Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Territory Manager at Arabian Radio Network (Dubai Holding Entertainment) in this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
 •   Supports the sales team in selling advertising space and all associated products.
•   Analyze sales figures and ensure sales targets are met.
•   Overall responsibility for the daily flat plan.
•   Promote the corporate company image and activities.
•   Manage the performance of the sales team and ensure sales opportunities are captured.
•   Oversees reports submitted by sales team and ensure they maintain up-to-date database on clients and competitors.
•   Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
•   Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
•   Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
•   Track sales targets and maintain weekly forecasts.
•   Understanding the importance of CRM software and maintaining preset requirements
•   Proven track record of achieving Targets Ensure that sales team deliver material deadline on time and approve artwork presented by the production department.
•   Manage and communicate to the sales team product and service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed parameters as per the sales departments’ policy.
•   Develop and nurture relationships with all potential advertisers and agencies.
 

About you: 

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

  • 6 years including at least two years of managing people
  • Experience in Media or Advertising is a must
  • Proven work experience as a Sales manager or Team leader.
  • Management and Leadership skills.
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or relevant field
