Student Experience Services – Equally Safe Team Manager
Open Ended Contract
Full time, 35 hours per week
Applications are invited from an experienced Manager who will lead the Equally Safe team to provide support, advice and guidance to students and staff of the University of Edinburgh who have experienced gender-based violence (GBV), including but not limited to sexual abuse, domestic abuse, stalking and harassment.
The Opportunity:
You will have the opportunity to work as part of a small team, working closely with colleagues withing the University, Students Association & Sports Union; Student and Staff Health & Wellbeing Services (Counselling Services, Student Wellbeing Service, Chaplaincy, Disability and learning Support Service); Academic Services and key partners to ensure appropriate support is offered to students and staff following any report or disclosure of GBV or harassment .
The post is a full time post (35 hours per week) and you would be expected to work five days per week, at least three days per week on campus.
