We have an amazing opportunity to join our growing kitchen team at the University of Edinburgh Hotels collection. We are looking for a highly motivated chef wanting to further their career in a role with an industry leading work-life balance.

The Hotel Collection at the University of Edinburgh comprises of four hotels, with kitchens at three of the properties. You will be based at either The Scott Hotel, or The Scholar Hotel, both are properties with a great, fresh food offering – The Brasserie at the Scholar and the newly opening Bonnar’s at The Scott.
