We are looking for talented, ambitious and future focused people to join our expanding youth services (including Youth Justice, Contextual Safeguarding and Youth Engagement) to provide children, young people and families with opportunities to thrive.
We are looking for community focused, highly flexible and creative people for our new Engagement Service. We want workers who enjoy working with children and young people in the evenings, weekends, and school holidays. We need workers who can engage them with their local community settings in partnership with the adults they know and trust. We need people with tenacity and persistence to help provide accessible support that is inclusive and makes a real difference. For this service we are looking for:
A fixed term Service Manager who is an influential leader able to develop local partnerships and develop this service at pace. Educated to degree level with at least 3 years of successful people management. You need to be passionate about community-based provision and adept at developing evidence that proves the difference being made to children’s lives.
