Contract Type: Fixed Term for 24 months
Working Hours: 37.5 mainly Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm (or a flexible variation).

Salary: Starting Salary is £30,296 (Level one) rising to £33,024 (level four) per annum (pro rata for part time)

About the Role
Working closely with the Rough Sleeping operations Manager within the Homelessness Strategy team, this role will assist in ensuring a citywide cross sector approach to the prevention, identification and engagement, assessment and support and accommodation and resettlement of rough sleepers (or individuals at risk of rough sleeping). This will involve key participation in multiagency meetings, inputting into the development of individualised support plans and coordinating their delivery across the public, community and private sectors.
