About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Digital Services Team as a skilled Granicus Forms Designer.
The role will involve working with service managers and experts to create, develop and maintain Granicus forms based on service’s digital objectives and advising on business process improvements. It will be focused on creating digital forms across several areas to support the objectives of the Corporate Programme.
The Corporate Programmes are key initiatives for the Authority, the aims of which are to channel shift and make the most effective use of the technology we have when delivering particular services. Online forms are a key element in achieving these aims. The work itself will entail digitising paper versions of forms, advising on business process improvements as part of this channel shift or even tweaking our existing suite of forms to satisfy new business needs. Being able to use evidence and data to scope, design, and review online ‘user journeys’ to ensure they are effective and enable customers to locate and complete what they need to.
You’ll possess the ability to advise, guide and challenge service managers, staff, and other stakeholders as necessary.
Provide support on the development needed for online projects and / or work packages as required, ensuring the work completed meets the required standards and is delivered within agreed timescales. Maintain an awareness of new developments and best practice in forms development, incorporating these into your delivery and promoting best practice.
You will be working closely with department stakeholders, business intelligence and the Customer Service Centre to understand and facilitate channel shift to online and to influence future service delivery and build strong professional relationships with the Information and Technology function.
