About the Role
To support Change Leads and Change Managers to successfully discover, design and deliver change initiatives and to ensure the collective understanding of progress of our strategic change portfolio against its objectives and targets. To link corporate change management approaches, standards and requirements across departmental and corporate change agendas, sharing best practice and providing advice and guidance where appropriate. To improve the change management capacity of the TU through taking ownership of change initiative deliverables where required and appropriate to do so
