We are experiencing an upswing in growth as we look to launch a new direct marketing campaign for a multinational food and beverage conglomerate. We are looking to bring on career motivated Entry Level Sales and Marketing Managers and join a highly talented, growth-motivated sales team. This Entry Level Sales and Marketing Manager will assist with planning and coordinating the territory sales and marketing with lead generation, scheduling, confirming, and actual closing of sales appointments with our prospective new clients. You will oversee and monitor the activities of all assigned teams ensuring ongoing communication with management teams, clients, and customers in order to address and resolve any problems or obstacles that could interfere with the timely completion of scheduled appointments.
Responsibilities:
Meet with customers face-to-face and develop a deep understanding of their personal needs to conduct a tailored product and service recommendation.
Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns
Market and sell new products and services
Handle all questions, complaints, and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to promptly and efficiently resolve issues.
Manage business transactions in connection with activation of new customer accounts while simultaneously abiding by all CDC and state guidelines
Possess a broad working knowledge of all company practices and operations and demonstrate an active student mentality and proficiency to maintain that knowledge
Support the Customer Account Manager and confidently make recommendations to improve specific operating procedures, processes, and minimize customer churn
Participate in ongoing on-the-job training including, but not limited to one-on-one training sessions, virtual webinars, and roleplaying various scenarios
Preferred Qualifications:
A college graduate with a degree in marketing, communications, business, or entrepreneurship
A customer service, sales, or hospitality expert with at least 1-2 years of experience
Recognized as a leader within your community and social groups
Solution-oriented with the grit to overcome any challenge with an optimistic approach
A natural communicator and comfortable speaking in a face-to-face setting or in front of a large group of people
This role involves the selling of products or services and commission pay
