Database Administrator - Secret Required at cFocus Software Incorporated

Job Descrption
Required Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 4-6 years hands-on experience in Configuration Management and DBA
- Strong ServiceNow experience
- Experience with AWS or Azure
- Strong communication and interaction skills with onsite clients.
- Must be able to report onsite as indicated above
- Develops the data management software solution on government-owned networks
- Documents the software functionality
- Imports existing data from previous collection efforts
- When malfunctions occur, restores functionality of the data management solution within the same or next working day
- Makes modifications to increase capabilities and/or friendliness, change/add interfaces and functions, and updates formats to match requirements
- Maintains the data management solution in working order and ensure compatibility with networks upgrades
- Provides assistance and training to contractor, military or government civilian staff
- Create, maintain, or modify interfaces/software to support collection activities and data management needs on a real-time basis
- Assists with tracking and reporting status of project milestones and action items and provides details of pending action items and milestones and any potential delays/issues to functional representatives and leadership
- Assists with uploading reports to the main system or other data management repositories
- Works with government and contractor personnel to accomplish government requirements, goals, and mission objectives
cFocus Software is seeking a Database Engineer to support our Cross Domain Solutions program in Reston, VA. This position requires an active Secret Clearance.
