JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for manufacturing activities of a project.

During manufacturing, you will be required to monitor all manufacturing activities and produce regular progress reports which will be fed back to the Operations Director. You will organize visits to manufacturers facilities as well as carry out factory acceptance tests on all products manufactured.

From time to time you will be required to assist other departments with adjustments on customers sites. This maybe during installation, commissioning and the warranty period for any Greenbank Technology supplied machine.

Your position will include representing GTL overseas / internationally on customer sites and supplier sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with the Operations Director and assist with the manufacturing plans for each Project
• Select suitable manufacturer(s) relevant to the parts required for each project
• Monitor all manufacturing activities, including quality and timings reacting to any issues that may arise at the earliest possible opportunity
• Provide regular reports on manufacturing progress for each contract and feedback to the project’s manager
• Organize periodic visits to the selected manufacturers
• Organize factory acceptance testing
• Assist the project manager with customer PDI’s (if required)
• Help to develop internal manufacturing processes and ensure they are carried out on each contract
• Assist other departments in any onsite problem solving during the installation, commissioning and warranty period of all Greenbank Technology machinery
• Provide training to manufacturers on Greenbank Technology machinery.
• Work with purchasing department / QA department to provide relevant detailed information to assist.
• Produce/generate project management information relative in the form of program of works /Gantt chart and other relevant documentation to control the projects.
• Ensure that Health and safety standards are met and complied with
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
