The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$313,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

• Manage a team of CE Managers to meet quarterly and annual business growth goals for the region by working with enterprise companies, with a constant march up-market.
  
• Recruit exceptional talent and coach the team with a focus on providing actionable, forthright feedback.  
  
• Create and drive innovative programs focused on achieving growth at scale. Work through and directly manage details in the business as required.
  
• Work at an executive level with customers/prospects and participate directly in the key agreements and accounts within the region.
  
• Continue to inject operational excellence into the organization.
