Learn more. As a Product Manager, you will primarily be responsible for driving the vision and direction of the product or product lines (including platforms). Operating across functional domains, this role will act as a liaison between business needs, technology teams and stakeholders. You will have domain expertise to understand the stakeholders’ needs and translate to product requirements. Additionally, you will prioritize the development of features and functionalities to fulfill the stakeholders’ needs, business value and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Collect external priorities and communicate them within the development team
Work closely with stakeholders, including development teams, designers, and business leaders, to help platform owners prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, business value, and technical considerations
Communicate the priorities and road maps back to the external stakeholders
Keep track of road maps and adapt them as they change based on the communication with stakeholders
Keep track of the status of our platforms to communicate that with external stakeholders on request
Minimum Qualifications
Previous work experience in product management, project management, or a related field
Demonstrated advanced work experience with large software and data management architectures
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience leading teams using Agile methodology
Self-directed, proactive, detailed, organized and solution-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
An understanding of the VFX industry
