Job Descrption
The Procurement Accountant will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of the procurement process within our organization. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, procurement practices, and supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the full procurement cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and supplier invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings, and provide reports to management.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure alignment with budgets and financial objectives.
• Support annual audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to procurement activities.
• Assist in the development and... implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on procurement or supply chain finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE.
• Official UAE employment status;

Working schedule: Monday to Saturday.
