Key Responsibilities: Guest Services : Check guests in and out, provide information about the hotel and local area, and address guest needs or complaints. Financial Reporting : Conduct nightly audits of hotel transactions, including room rates, taxes, and additional charges to ensure accuracy. Account Reconciliation : Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring that all transactions from the day are correctly recorded and balanced. Data Entry : Input and update guest information and reservations into the hotel management system. Security Checks : Monitor hotel security, ensuring guest safety and compliance with emergency procedures. Communication : Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to resolve issues promptly. Inventory Management : Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies as needed. Record Keeping : Maintain organized records of all transactions, complaints, and incidents during the shift. What we need from you Experience : Previous... experience in hotel front desk operations or accounting is preferred. Skills : Strong communication and customer service skills; proficiency in computer systems and accounting software. Availability : Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.Years of Experience: 1 & AboveLanguages Required: English
