We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids Club Coordinator to provide exceptional service and engaging programming for our young guests. You will create a fun and safe environment where children can learn, play, and develop while ensuring parents feel confident in our services.
Responsibilities:
Develop, schedule, and execute creative programming for Kids Club participants, fostering an environment conducive to growth and development.
Provide accurate information about the Kids Club, facilities, activities, and services to young guests and their parents.
Conduct activities and services for in-house guests and members’ children, ensuring proper instruction and safety reminders are communicated.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club, including equipment, toys, and amenities, ensuring they are readily available.
Ensure the Kids Club environment is safe, healthy, and meets all safety regulations.
Greet and welcome all guests and potential guests at the front of... the Restaurant & Kids Club, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Prepare the Restaurant & Kids Club for operation prior to opening, ensuring staff and tables are ready to meet hotel standards.
Ensure all operating equipment is clean and in working order before service begins.
Maintain high personal presentation standards and adhere to hotel policies regarding uniform and grooming.
Be attentive to guests' needs and promptly resolve complaints, reporting any incidents to your Supervisor.
Maintain qualifications as required by the hotel, including First Aid Certification, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Take initiative to ensure guest safety and satisfaction, demonstrating flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Kids Club facility or similar role in a 4* or 5* hotel or equivalent.
Fluent English language communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents.
Creative and outgoing personality with a passion for working with children.
Strong organizational skills to plan and implement engaging programs.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating leadership qualities.
Knowledge of child safety regulations and First Aid procedures.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
