A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, are looking for Real Estate/Projects paralegals in their London office. There are potentially two roles available: one involving Resales and Staircasing, the other focusing on Development Sales. However, our client is specifically looking for candidates with shared ownership experience and/or residential plot sales experience.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of high-volume property sales, handling both shared ownership and outright sales, assisting fee earners in relation to post-completion requirements, submitting registration applications to HMLR, and dealing with requisitions raised by HMLR. It is highly desirable that applicants have experience of completing SDLT return and drafting/reporting on contracts and other documentation.

The successful applicant will have strong analytical skills, an excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage their own caseload, and work independently... with minimal supervision.

Candidates must possess excellent academics, including a good law degree, and excellent IT and organisational skills.

Our client has a preference for candidates to have at least 2 years’ continuous experience gained from a well-known law firm in a similar role
