Job Descrption
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tally Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a professional with deep knowledge of Tally who can provide comprehensive support to our customers, including installation, configuration, training, and ongoing assistance.
Responsibilities
Tally Installation and Configuration: Set up and configure Tally software for customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Training: Provide thorough training to customers, helping them understand and utilize Tally effectively to meet their business needs.
Customer Support: Offer prompt and effective support to customers, resolving queries and issues related to Tally usage.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing technical insights and support during the sales process.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tally, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer’s business operations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer... interactions, installations, and training sessions.
Qualifications
Proven experience with Tally software.
Bachelor's degree in Accounts/ finance, Tally certification is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of Tally features, functionalities, and best practices.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering excellent user experiences.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
