Following the completion of the refurbishment, the hotel now boasts 1,100 bedrooms, a state of the art fitness centre, four unique restaurants and bars, 35+ meeting rooms, including three ballrooms, with capacity for over 1,350 guests as well as an exclusive event space with unparalleled breath-taking skyline views across London.

This is a full time role, 39h per week.
You will join the Front Office team, working in the Reception area of the hotel.
Main duties:
• Evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Prepare daily reports and provide necessary information required by the Guest Experience managers.
• Handling of operational tasks, emails and updating of guest CRM profiles.
• Covering Journey ambassador shifts and assisting/directing guests through the hotel.
• Monitor service recovery reports, and managing guest communication.
• Able to perform supervisory tasks as part of the Reception team when assisting in daily operations.
• Focus on preparation of pre-arrival tasks, day to day operations, and pre-assignment of VIP stays.
What are we looking for?
• Previous senior team leader/receptionist experience in Front Office within the hotel sector
• High level of organisation and use of Microsoft excel, written communication skills
• Experience of managing day to day supervisor/team leader tasks in Reception
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
• ONQ PMS knowledge preferred
• Working as part of a team
