Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistance:
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy access to information.
• Assist with data entry, research, and other administrative tasks.
Personal Assistance:
• Provide support with daily living activities, including meal preparation.
• Manage personal schedules, including appointments, travel arrangements, and errands.
• Assist with household management tasks, such as coordinating repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure the well-being of the individual by monitoring health and wellness needs.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Arabic speaking
• With Driving License
• Proven experience in administrative or personal assistant roles... preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Working Conditions:
• The role may involve occasional travel or after-hours work, depending on the needs of the individual.
• A comfortable working environment that may include home and office settings.
