Lead Administrative Assistant - UAE Nationals Only

We have an opportunity for a Lead Administrative Assistant for UAE National to join us at Honeywell, where you will be using your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support. You will work closely with the business leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers. Contribute in a team of highly committed professionals whose organizational and communication skills ensure financial business process, Payment collections and customer follow ups, and other administrative business processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Update financial spreadsheets with daily/monthly transactions and forecast
• Track and reconcile bank statements, AR, preparation of SOA’s for customers
• Create, send, and follow up on invoices, payments from customers, preparation of SOA’s
• Collect and enter data for various... financial spreadsheets
• Support business leadership for record keeping cost analysis for business
• Draft direction letters - Handle letters, e-mails and general incoming and outgoing correspondence as required.
• Support operations for all inter dept approvals – approvals etc. and record keeping of important business related documents
• Monitor cost Revenue contribution for all operations project/service teams , forecasts and monthly transactions – work closely with field delivery teams
• Analytical and critical thinking skills with quantitative skills
• Ability to research financial topics and present accessible reports to colleagues with differing areas of expertise
• Assist in the production of monthly reports, customer mailshots and internal communications etc.
• Data entry for required inhouse processes and compliance, Produce high quality Power Point presentations as required for key company meetings and events
• Business acumen, Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to form and maintain client and business relationships

Key skills and qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance o equal experience and 2+ years of experience in similar field will have added advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP, Excel and the ability to present complex analysis with clarity.
• Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business.
• MS Excel skills.
• Fluent in English is mandatory and any extra language is an advantage.
• Ability to easily and effectively juggle many priorities and competing demands.
• Individuals who are self-motivated and do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
• Professional and courteous communication
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent computer literacy in a variety of Microsoft and web-based programs
